For nearly a decade now, Pilar and her husband, Preston, have been visiting the Beech Mountain area, ideally located within driving distance from Florida, as they sought the perfect place for their daughters to learn how to ski. Pilar possesses substantial expertise in operating a construction and home inspection business in Florida, with her husband. As she spent more time year-round in Beech Mountain, Pilar began to develop a deep appreciation for its stunning mountain views, fresh air and friendly locals. She obtained her Florida real estate license in 2019, primarily concentrating on personal real estate transactions and managing both long-term and short-term rentals. Since Pilar has been increasing her time at Beech Mountain year-round, she obtained her broker license in North Carolina.
